1. Nature of Products and Services
CRIF Gulf DWC LLC (“CRIF Gulf”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides business information solutions, risk analytics services, ESG assessment tools (including Synesgy), and related digital products.
All products and services offered are intangible and digital in nature. CRIF Gulf does not sell or ship any physical goods, and accordingly, no physical shipping is required.
2. Mode of Delivery
Delivery of services is executed electronically through one or more of the following channels:
· Secure online platforms or client dashboards
· Email delivery (including reports, credentials, and notifications)
· API-based integrations or system access enablement
· Electronic data transfer or file sharing mechanisms
3. Delivery Timelines (Turnaround Time – TAT)
Delivery timelines vary based on the nature of the product or service:
· Real-time / On-demand services:
o Certain products, such as business information reports and data extracts, are delivered instantly or within a few minutes upon successful payment authorization.
· Standard service activation:
o User account creation, subscription activation, or access provisioning is typically completed within 1–2 (one to two) business days from confirmation of payment and completion of required formalities.
· Custom / project-based services:
o Solutions requiring onboarding, configuration, integration, or ESG assessments are delivered within a timeline mutually agreed upon or informed to the customer at the time of onset, subject to project scope and client readiness.
All timelines are indicative and not guaranteed, and may vary depending on service complexity and external dependencies.
4. Customer Responsibilities and Dependencies
Timely delivery of services is contingent upon:
· Completion of applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and compliance requirements
· Provision of accurate and complete information by the customer
· Availability of required inputs, approvals, or documentation from the customer
· Readiness of third-party systems or integrations, where applicable
Any delays arising from the above factors shall not be attributable to CRIF Gulf.
5. Shipping Charges
As all products and services are delivered electronically:
· No shipping, handling, or logistics charges apply
6. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery shall be deemed complete when:
· Access credentials or service activation details are communicated to the customer; or
· Reports, outputs, or service deliverables are made available via email, platform access, or agreed delivery channel
· Failure by the customer to acknowledge receipt shall not invalidate the completion of delivery.
7. Delays and Limitations
CRIF Gulf shall not be held liable for delays in service delivery caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
· Third-party data provider dependencies
· Regulatory or compliance verifications
· System outages, technical disruptions, or connectivity issues
· Force majeure events
8. No Physical Shipment
For avoidance of doubt, CRIF Gulf does not undertake any physical shipment of goods. All references to “shipping” in the context of this policy relate solely to the electronic delivery of services.

in the U.A.E territory.
